Our Daily Bread
With this piece I want to highlights humanity’s need of spirituality, as well as the idea of faith and religion as different branches sprouting from the same tree. It consists of thirty-six slices of toast engraved with different religious and occult symbols. The slices are individually mounted on white panels that are 7,87 inch x 9,84 inch wide. I originally exhibited them in the city of Oskarshamn in 2010.
